Salim Benadel, CEO and Founder
Salim is the founder and current managing director of Storm Internet Ltd. Salim has over 14
years experience in software design and development and previously worked as a Lead Systems
Analyst for the BMW motor group. Following this Salim moved to CAB International where he
took on the post of Web Development Team Leader. Here he and his team of developers played
a major role in taking the organisation's publishing activities online.
Salim's day-to-day responsibilities include new business development, overseeing technical, sales
and marketing, and continuing to make improvements and advancements in every possible aspect
of the company in order to deliver the very best service to our customers.
In his younger days, Salim was a prospering racing driver and raced Formula Ford single-seater
cars. Although he has hung up his racing helmet, he is still an avid Formula One fan.
Steady in the car park Salim!

Lynsey Sterrey, Communications Manager
Lynsey is our Communications Manager. Her prime focus is to raise the profile
and public awareness of Storm Internets work among our current and future customers.
Lynsey brings with her a wealth of experience in internal and external communications and her
previous roles have included working for Edinburgh Council, Churchill Insurance,
NHS Professionals and CABI.
Known as the office drama queen, Lynsey spends much of her spare time acting in amateur dramatic productions.
She also likes keeping herself and anyone else she can round up in shape by teaching Callanetics.

Helen Scott, Billing & Accounts Administrator
Helen looks after the day-to-day running of customer accounts and deals with billing
plus queries of an administrative nature. Before joining Storm Internet, Helen worked
in many areas of administration including Human Resources and Accounts for large organisations
such as Toys R Us and the leading anti-virus company Sophos plc.
Helen has a great understanding of customer service and helps us to maintain the high standard
we aim to provide to our customers.
Helen's hobbies include swimming, tennis and collecting Winnie the Pooh Bears - she currently has over 100. At least her baby which is due later in the
year won't be short of teddy bears!

Nick Thompson, Key Account Manager
Nick is one of Storm's longest standing employees, originally joining as a Technical Support Engineer.
After the growth of the Dedicated Server side of Storm, Nick took on the role as Key Account Manager
as he wanted to combine his technical knowledge with his excellent customer service skills.
Prior to Storm, Nick worked as a Support Engineer for Royal Bank of Scotland at their headquaters in Edinburgh.
A keen cyclist in his spare team, Nick is currently in training for the 2009 London - Brighton bike race.
Good luck Nick, we're right behind you! (well, on the sofa)

Ben Spencer, Technical Support Engineer
Ben is a development and systems specialist who has experience in a large
corporate background with clients such as Oracle. Ben's main responsibility is to
respond to technical and programming customer queries which involve their websites.
He also helps with pre-sales queries which are on a technical level.
Ben is an avid Chelsea fan (boo!) and plays amateur football for his local team every Saturday.

Simon Green, Technical Support Engineer
Simon joined Storm in April 09 and has several years experience of technical support under his belt.
He works alongside Ben in solving technical problems and is currently developing his skill
set by training as a Server Engineer.
Simon's background is in development and he currently holds MCP status in ASP.net. This makes his knowledge invaluable to our
Windows customers.
Known as Mr Competitive, Simon loves nothing more than challenging the rest of the team to a GoKarting competition,
where more often than not he reigns victorious. He is also a keen online gamer, chess player and budding artist.

Kader Benadel, Technical Support Engineer
Kader is the newest addition to the Storm team and is currently working alongside Simon and Ben as
a Technical Support Engineer.
Kader is not from an IT background. He worked for 10 years in various roles for the NHS which we see as a great strength, as he is able to bring a fresh perspective to Storm.
This combined with a natural technical aptitude and excellent customer service skills, makes Kader an invaluable asset to the team.
In his spare time, Kader loves nothing more than to socialise with friends. And we can already vouch that there is never a dull moment with Kader around!

Paul Stevens, Senior Network Administrator
Paul's day to day role includes installing servers, managing inventory, deploying network hardware,
troubleshooting operations issues, and planning for future
server development.
Paul's knowledge of networks and operating systems are an asset to the company
as they ensure we adopt best policies and practice as well as
provide innovative solutions to our customers.
If you like chocolate, then Paul is your man. His favourite peanut M&M's are always nearby
and easily accessible for anyone needing a sugar buzz!

Conrad Walker, Server Support Technician
Conrad joined the Storm server support ranks in September of 2007.
He holds MCSE status for Windows 2003 Server and is now working towards attaining MCTS
(Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) for Windows 2008. Conrad brings past customer
support, help desk, and systems management experience to the server department.
In prior employment, Conrad worked with databases and supported cable television and
internet cable modem customers.
When he's not hard at work Conrad loves nothing more than to head to the Cornish coast
where you'll find him ready to surf the weekend away.
