Alex Butler, Technical Support Analyst
Alex is a development and systems specialist who has experience in a large
corporation background with clients such as Nortel Networks. Alex responds to
our support queries which are regarding technical and programmatic issues with
our customer sites. He also helps customers with pre-sales queries regarding the
services available at Storm Internet which are on a technical level.

Tony Pye, Networks Specialist and Technical Support Analyst
Tony has been involved within the IT industry for over seven years. During
this time, he has held senior posts as a technical support technician plus
networks administrator.
Tony currently holds MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) 2000/2003
and MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) status and more recently
has become qualified in Novell SUSE 9 and Linux Administration. Tony's
knowledge of networks and operating systems are an asset to the company
and helps to ensure that we are consistently adopting best policies and
providing innovative solutions to our customers. In addition, Tony's day-to-day
role includes supporting our hosting customers with everyday technical queries.

Helen Clarke, Accounts Administrator
Helen looks after the day-to-day running of customer accounts and deals with billing
plus queries of an administrative nature. Before joining Storm Internet, Helen worked
in many areas of administration including Human Resources and Accounts for large organisations
such as Toys R Us and the leading anti-virus company Sophos plc.
Helen has a great understanding of customer service and helps us to maintain the high standard
we aim to provide to our customers.

Lynsey Sterrey, Press and Communications Manager
Lynsey is our Press and Communications Manager. Her prime focus is to raise the profile
and public awareness of Storm Internet’s work among our current and future customers.
Lynsey brings with her a wealth of experience in internal and external communications and her
previous roles have included working for Edinburgh Council, Churchill Insurance
and NHS Professionals.

Salim Benadel, Managing Director and Founder
Salim is the founder and current managing director of Storm Internet Ltd. Salim
has a background in software design and development and previously worked as a
Lead Systems Analyst for the BMW group before setting up Storm Internet in 2000.
Salim's current day-to-day responsibilities include new business development,
overseeing full technical, sales, and marketing, and continuing to make
improvements and advancements in every possible aspect of the company.
