TERMS OF SERVICE
When submitting your website using Storm Internet's Site Submission service:
1. You agree that the Storm Internet Free Site Submission service is a 100% free service provided by Storm Internet Ltd. And that this service is provided "as is" with no warranties whatsoever.
2. You agree that Storm Internet Site Submission service submits the information you enter on the submission form to the search engines and directories listed on Storm Internet Submission, and that Storm Internet Ltd has no control over what happens to this information once submitted to the search engines and directories.
3. You understand that some search engines or directories listed on Storm Internet may not accept your website for no reason, or may need up to 6 months before they can include your website.
4. You understand that your use of Storm Internet's free submission service and promotion tools and continued submission of your web site under the free service is dependant upon the code snippet provided on opening an account being included within the site you are submitting's home page.
Failure to exclude the code snippet will result in the closure of your account and the removal of your site from all future submission runs without necessarily any notice to you.
5. You understand that you may have a maximum of 3 web sites submitted under Storm Internet's free submission service.
6. You understand that occasionally we may update the button displayed on your web site (applies to free submit service only) that links to us. This may involve slight changes to the design. However, we will not increase nor decrease the size of the button without prior notice to yourself.
7. You understand that we will not promote a web site via any of our services that contains any of the following content: -
• Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
• Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Storm Internet Limited.
8. You understand that Storm Internet Ltd reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, without notice. It is your responsibility to review this agreement regularly and terminate your subscription if you disagree with any of the changes. Continuing to use Storm Internet Site Submission service upon any change of this agreement will imply your agreement with that change.
