You simply set up a custom mailbox under your own domain name. So for example [email protected] Your clients then send support queries directly related to the service you have with us to this email address. Our support team monitor the mailbox 24/7/365 and respond with an answer to the query. You are Bcc’ed in the mail in order that you are aware of the issue and response given and kept in the loop at all times. Emails are signed with a custom auto-signature using your own company branding and are sent from your own company’s support email address. Your end user’s never know that you are using us. We’re always behind the scenes, your customers just receive a great support service and thank you for it!
